Job Summary
Honeycomb Care Ltd is looking for a caring, reliable, and compassionate Support Worker to provide person-centred support to an individual living in the LN1 area of Lincoln.
This role involves short double up, pop-in visits throughout the day to support the individual with personal care, toileting needs, mobility, and companionship, enabling them to remain safe, comfortable, and independent within their own home.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised care in accordance with individual care plans, ensuring clients' needs are met with dignity and respect
- Provide support with daily activities such as mobility using sara steady, personal hygiene, medication reminders, and meal preparation
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
- Document care provided accurately using IT systems and ensure records are up-to-date
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life within their home environment
