The Embankment requires an individual to expand the management team in the form of a bar supervisor.
We're a large and busy pub with a sizeable beer garden, civil ceremony license, 6 potential function rooms and is in close proximity to cricket & football grounds.
The candidates will be supporting the manager in all aspects of running the pub, with full site responsibility on some shifts.
Key duties will involve staff management, cellar management and floor management.
The right candidate will also be involved in the events side of the business.
Full supervisory training will be provided, but the following will help your application immensely:
An interest in world and local beer.
A passion for providing great customer service.
Experience in restaurants or busy food led pubs.
Experience in leading a team.
A strong desire to learn.
