Due to growth in our member numbers we are now seeking fun enthusiastic individuals to join our team throughout the week, we are recruiting for full-time and part time at the moment. If you are looking for part-time please note we are specifically looking for team to join us on Tuesday, Thursday and/or Friday, hours 9am to 4pm. This is an amazing opportunity to join this location as it grows due to demand from our clients.
We are seeking individuals to help run our sessions and support our members. Ideally you may have a background in working with adults with disabilities, and perhaps have some hidden talents or skills that can be used to run some sessions....

Perhaps you are a dab hand in the kitchen and can teach our members cookery skills? Perhaps you used to teach and can support our members who choose to take ASDAN qualifications.

Key duties for this role include:
Generate a monthly activity plan and run sessions - this is where your own individual skills can really help bring our activities to life. All the team are required to run sessions, this shares the workload and helps bring brilliant differences to each day.
On a day where you aren't running the session then you will be required to support the other members of the team in delivering their plans, helping to deliver an outstanding atmosphere for all who come through our doors.
Ensuring our members are supported to have fun and inclusive days at James' Place is the key requirement of this role. You will be required to join in all team duties such as tea and coffee, lunch breaks, tidying up and delivering personal care.
It this sounds like a role you'd be interested in then please get in touch, we are looking for people on a full time and part time basis to work 9am to 4pm throughout the week. We are particularly looking for people on a Friday if you are looking at the part time option.
Please note the advertised annual salary is based on a 40 hours a week, and will be paid on a pro-rata basis for the hours worked in a week.
Our normal working hours are 9am to 4pm, we do not open on weekends or require evening work.
