We’re looking for a talented Digital Design & Development Specialist to join our growing team.
This is a varied role combining digital design, web development, UI/UX and technical development, with the opportunity to work across websites, digital platforms, applications and exciting new projects currently in development.
We’re looking for someone who can take an idea and help turn it into something that looks great, works brilliantly and delivers a fantastic user experience.
The Role
You’ll work across a variety of digital and creative projects, including:
Designing and developing digital products and applications
Creating modern, intuitive UI/UX designs
Designing user journeys, wireframes and prototypes
Developing and improving websites and digital platforms
Front-end development and customisation
Building responsive experiences across mobile, tablet and desktop
Creating digital graphics, layouts and assets
Developing new features and functionality
Testing, troubleshooting and improving existing systems
Supporting integrations between different digital platforms
Working with the wider team to turn ideas into practical digital solutions
Supporting the continued development of our growing portfolio of brands
Skills & Experience
We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
Adobe Creative Suite
Adobe Photoshop
WordPress
HTML
CSS
JavaScript
UI/UX design
Responsive web design
Digital product or application design
Wireframing and prototyping
Experience with any of the following would also be advantageous:
Figma
PHP
API integrations
Databases
Mobile application development
SaaS platforms
Git/GitHub or version control
E-commerce platforms
AI tools and emerging technologies
About You
You’ll be a combination of creative thinker and technical problem solver.
You should be comfortable taking a project from an initial idea through design, development and refinement, while also collaborating with other members of the team.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
