Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Sales Assistant to join our team on Saturdays. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for pharmacy who are passionate about patient care and medication management. The successful candidate will support pharmacy operations, assist customers, and ensure the smooth delivery of healthcare services in a friendly, professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patients with their pharmacy needs and queries.
- Support the pharmacy team in accurate medication dispensing and inventory management tasks. Adhering to safety protocols.
- Uphold health and safety standards within the pharmacy environment at all times.
- Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that promotes trust and confidence among patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Ideal candidates: Pharmacy students currently or due to be enrolled on a pharmacy course.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse patients and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in handling prescriptions and stock management.
- Ability to work independently while following established protocols and procedures.
- A genuine interest in healthcare, patient well-being, and community service is highly desirable.
