Skills & Qualifications — Essential Ingredients

Education: A recognised finance qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with strong experience in management accounting, financial reporting and controls.

Financial Expertise: You bring expertise across management reporting, balance sheet management, financial controls and revenue recognition, with the ability to deliver accurate and insightful outputs.

Tools of the Trade: Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable using ERP systems (D365 preferred), with experience in data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI.

Perfecting the Recipe: strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends, risks and respond proactively.

Communication: Communicate effectively with both finance and non‑finance stakeholders, translating complex information into clear, actionable insights that support decision‑making.

Energy in Every Service: Enthusiasm, resilience and a continuous improvement mindset, always looking to refine processes, enhance controls and support transformation across Finance.
Other Requirements
Sometimes, you’ll need to take your culinary skills on the road. This role may involve a tasting tour across the UK and occasionally abroad, with overnight stays on the menu. To keep the journey smooth, a full, clean UK driving licence is one of the essential ingredients.
Base salary, £40,000 - £50,000, dependent on experience, this role does not include a bonus or car allowance.
