Job description
Attending various commercial vessels around the country and possibly Europe.
Carrying out planed maintenance and emergency breakdowns.
Repairs to various marine diesel engines -
CAT,VOLVO,MAN,MTU,DOOSAN,CUMMINS
Maintaining and fault finding 24v systems and control units
Repairs to transmissions and jet propulsion systems
General maintenance and servicing to be carried out and logged
Vessel inspections and reports
Planned docking-repairs carried out when vessels are out of the water
Out of hours and weekends when required
Be able to work away and stay in accommodation
Supplied with fleet van and some tooling (must have own tools also)
Full time position with benefits
