Meat & Social is an independent steakhouse and butcher-led restaurant in the heart of Wembley Park. Built around premium ingredients, expert butchery and genuine hospitality, we're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences in a modern, welcoming environment.
Working alongside an experienced management team, talented chefs and our in-house Master Butcher, you'll become part of a close-knit team that takes pride in delivering exceptional food, outstanding service and a fantastic guest experience.

The Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding service from the moment our guests arrive until they leave. You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, delivering friendly and knowledgeable service, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable visit.

Key Responsibilities & Guest Experience
- Deliver friendly, professional and attentive service throughout every shift.
- Welcome and seat guests, creating a warm first impression.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and confidently.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Build excellent product knowledge to confidently recommend dishes, drinks and specials.
- Handle guest requests professionally and ensure every table receives exceptional service.
Teamwork
- Work closely with the management, kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Communicate effectively to help deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Restaurant Standards
- Prepare the restaurant before service and maintain excellent presentation throughout the day.
- Keep your section clean, organised and ready for service.
- Follow company procedures, food safety, allergen and licensing requirements at all times.
- Help maintain the high standards that Meat & Social is known for.
What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of your role.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and looking after guests.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to supporting your team.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and friendly personality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
- Good spoken English.
- Right to work in the UK.
