Key Responsibilities
- Lead application service operations, software delivery workflows, and client support activities
- Oversee team performance, service standards, project timelines, reporting, and operational planning
- Coordinate with developers, technical teams, clients, vendors, and senior stakeholders
- Monitor service quality, issue resolution, application performance, and operational risks
- Develop process improvements to strengthen delivery efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction
- Support staff development, workflow improvement, training, and leadership planning
- Prepare senior-level reports, technology updates, and operational recommendations
- Ensure application service activities follow company procedures, timelines, and service expectations
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in application services, software delivery, technology operations, IT service management, digital solutions, or client service delivery
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with developers, technical teams, business clients, vendors, or digital service platforms is an advantage

Pay: £72,000.00-£108,000.00 per year
