Customer, Ecommerce & Operations Coordinator
Location: Weston, Hertfordshire (SG4 7DP)
Hours: 3–4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday), 10am–5pm
Salary: £13.50 per hour, with potential to increase based on experience and performance.

We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive person to join our team and become an important part of the day-to-day running of the business.
About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, ecommerce, administration and order fulfilment.
No two days are the same. One day you may be helping a customer, updating products on the website and processing orders. The next, you may be checking stock, organising deliveries and preparing parcels for collection.
You will work closely with the business owners and play an important role in keeping everything running smoothly.
Main Responsibilities
- Processing and packing online orders with care and attention to detail
- Responding to customer emails and enquiries
- Updating products and information on our ecommerce platforms
- Managing and organising office administration
- Handling invoices and maintaining accurate records
- Monitoring stock levels and helping keep stock accurate
- Ordering supplies and coordinating deliveries
- Providing excellent customer service in our boutique
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is highly organised and reliable
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Can work independently and use their own initiative
- Is confident using computers and online systems
- Enjoys providing excellent customer service
- Is happy to help wherever needed
- Has a positive, practical attitude
- Has excellent written and spoken English
- Has a full clean driving licence
Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce would be an advantage, but a willingness to learn is equally important.
