About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Website Product Uploader to join our e-commerce team. You'll be responsible for adding, updating, and maintaining product listings on our website, ensuring every item is accurate, well-presented, and optimised for sales and search.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has a sharp eye for detail, and takes pride in a well-organised online store.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload new products to the website, including titles, descriptions, images and specification.
- Categorise and tag products correctly for easy navigation and search
- Edit and update existing listings
- Create web-ready product images using our AI tool.
- Proofread product copy for accuracy, grammar, and brand tone of voice
- Ensure all uploads meet SEO best practices (meta titles, descriptions)
- Work with suppliers' data sheets and spreadsheets to bulk-import products
- Identify and fix broken links, missing images, or incorrect information
- Liaise with the marketing team to keep listings up to date
About You
- Previous experience uploading products to an e-commerce platform
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Good written English and proofreading skills
- Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
- Basic image editing skills is a plus
