Registered Veterinary Nurse - Wetherby

Our client, a highly motivated, client-focused, cat-only referral practice near Wetherby, West Yorkshire, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their friendly team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of one of Europe's largest referral centres dedicated to treating hyperthyroid cats with Radioiodine, boasting a 99% success rate in curing cases. The practice offers a working day of 9 to 5, with weekends on a rota basis and days off in lieu, allowing you to give up those late evenings and early morning shifts.
The Role
This is a full-time position for a Registered Veterinary Nurse, though part-time applications may be considered. The successful candidate will join a social and friendly hard-working team of vets, nurses, client and animal care assistants, and a practice manager. The role involves hands-on cat care, client care, and administration, contributing to the practice's mission of providing exceptional care for hyperthyroid cats.

The practice is situated in Thorp Arch, near the popular market town of Wetherby, West Yorkshire. Wetherby offers many treasures to explore, including panoramic scenery, riverside walks, and great picnic spots. The town centre features interesting small shops, great tearooms, and restaurants. Wetherby's convenient location provides easy access to Leeds, York, and Harrogate, as well as the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, making rewarding days out easily arranged.
