What the role will involve:

Complete short interval control, to resolve issues that are impacting performance or alternatively escalate where issues are unable to be resolved without support.

Comply to Raleigh’s Quality standards.

Support technical trials and projects.
-
Continuously challenge the status quo in relation to lost time and material losses.

Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement.

Maintain 5’s standards within the workplace.

Work to VODS.

Attend scheduled meetings on time.

Service as and when requested to do so by your Shift Leader.

Support your work colleagues and Shift Leader.

Ensure all Safety concerns are raised with your immediate Manager.

Complete task in line with documented risk assessments.

Take part in corporate employee initiatives such as Team days.

Operate machinery as per the Standard Operating procedures.

Ensure hourly performance is monitored and recorded.

Identify and correct product quality issues.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Complete cleaning tasks as per standard operating procedures.

Record production data that ensures full product traceability.
What we’re looking for:
-
Be aware of and adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
-
Undertake any other associated duties which may occasionally arise.
-
Educated to GCSE level 9 to 5 or equivalent.
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
-
Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel.
-
PPT, and PPT Lift truck licenses.
-
Overhead crane training certificate.
-
Good communication skills with the ability to relay information at a level relevant to the audience.
-
Experience of cleanroom operations.
