Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling and barbering services tailored to individual client needs
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work station and tools in accordance with health and safety standards
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in hairdressing and barbering
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests
- Assist in managing appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and optimise client flow
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service roles is highly desirable
- Proven skills in hair styling and barbering, with relevant qualifications or certifications preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
- A friendly, professional demeanour with a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
Pay: £13.00 per hour
