W3 Construction are looking for a Contracts / Project Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with broad construction experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and manage a mix of fast-paced jobs and larger projects.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will already have the foundational knowledge and confidence to hit the ground running. You will be responsible for managing construction projects up to £1–2 million, as well as various smaller, quick turnaround jobs across the country.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing quotations, tenders, and scopes of work
- Overseeing project delivery from start to finish
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Managing time, cost, and quality on-site
- Ensuring health & safety compliance
- Supporting the business with planning, documentation, and reporting
About You

- Has some hands-on or managerial experience within the construction industry
- Understands general construction processes
- Is confident communicating with clients and operatives
- Is proactive, organised, and able to work independently
- Is looking for a long-term role with genuine growth potential

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
