The Role:
- Provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0–5 years.
- Plan and support engaging activities that encourage children's learning and development.
- Follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to support individual progress.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Encourage children's confidence, independence, and social skills.
- Support daily routines including meals, personal care, and outdoor play.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
What We're Looking For:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or an equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
- A genuine passion for supporting children to reach their full potential.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
