About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Cleaner to join our friendly GP practice team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning consulting rooms, treatment rooms, waiting areas, offices, kitchens, and toilets.
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
- Replenishing cleaning and hygiene supplies as required.
- Following infection prevention and control procedures.
- Ensuring cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns to management.
Essential Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Understanding of confidentiality within a healthcare setting.
