Join our team as an Evening Office Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our staff and visitors. Days of work - Monday to Friday
Hours of work - 4pm -6pm
10 hours per week @ £12.71 per hour.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of office areas, including desks, floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to health and safety standards
- Empty trash bins, replace liners, and manage waste disposal efficiently
- Restock restroom supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
- Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain a pristine environment.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure workspace
The person
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during evening hours yet be part of the team at site.
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment throughout the shift
- Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices is advantageous
