The Role
- Accuracy and timeliness of operational reporting and administration.
- Achievement of inventory accuracy and stock management targets.
- Timely resolution of operational issues and store support requests.
- Compliance with operational procedures and audit requirements.
- Effective support of retail projects and operational initiatives.
- Positive feedback from store teams and internal stakeholders.
- Contribution to operational efficiency improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Experience
- Previous experience in a retail operations, retail administration or stock control environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple teams.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
- Confidence working with data, reports and operational systems.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
