We are looking for a Principal Process Improvement Consultant (m/f/d) who can lead enterprise-wide transformation programmes, optimise complex business processes, and guide organisations through sustainable operational change. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and delivery specialists to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and build a culture of continuous improvement.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Process Improvement
Lead large-scale business process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to reduce costs, improve quality, eliminate inefficiencies, and increase operational performance.
Strategic Consulting
Partner with executive stakeholders and operational leaders to assess current business practices, define transformation strategies, and develop practical implementation roadmaps.
Continuous Improvement Leadership
Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence principles while embedding continuous improvement methodologies throughout client organisations.
Data Driven Decision Making
Analyse operational metrics, business performance data, and process effectiveness to recommend sustainable improvements supported by measurable outcomes.
Programme Delivery
Manage multiple transformation initiatives simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement
Facilitate workshops, present recommendations, communicate business cases, and build strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Team Development
Mentor consultants and business analysts by providing coaching, technical guidance, and quality assurance throughout project delivery.
What We Are Looking ForExperience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, management consulting, or business transformation, including experience leading enterprise improvement initiatives.
Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping, business analysis, change management, continuous improvement frameworks, and operational performance measurement.
Analytical Skills
Proven ability to interpret complex operational data, identify improvement opportunities, and develop practical, value-driven solutions.
Leadership
Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams, mentoring consultants, and managing relationships with senior business stakeholders.
Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the confidence to facilitate executive workshops, present strategic recommendations, and influence organisational decision-making.

Pay: £6,000.00-£7,000.00 per month
