What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting high-quality early years education through purposeful play and structured routines
- Building warm, consistent relationships with children and families
- Contributing to planning and observations within the EYFS framework
- Supporting children’s communication, wellbeing, and independence
- Participating in professional development as part of our Elevate programme
- Working with colleagues to maintain a safe, organised, and engaging room environment
You’ll be supported to build your own practice, contribute ideas, and take pride in the progress you help children make every day.
What We’re Looking For
- A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years, or currently working towards one
- Experience working with children under five in a nursery or preschool setting
- A good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
- A calm, reliable, and proactive approach to teamwork
- Someone who is reflective, curious, and open to feedback
- A genuine passion for early years education and development
