Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.
- Support residents with personal care while promoting dignity and independence.
- Follow individual care plans and accurately record care provided.
- Build positive relationships with residents, relatives and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment.
- Report any changes in residents' wellbeing to senior staff.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is caring, compassionate and reliable.
- Enjoys making a positive difference to people's lives.
- Has good communication skills and works well as part of a team.
- Has experience working within a care home (preferred but not essential).
- Is committed to delivering outstanding care.
