Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist/Front of House to join our team at Ten-Pin Bowling Reception. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, organisational ability, and a welcoming demeanour to create a positive impression of our organisation. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Handle enquiries accurately and efficiently, providing information or directing guests to appropriate departments.
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy and organised manner at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing visitor logs, and handling correspondence.
- Support event coordination or special guest arrangements as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Utilise multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse visitors when applicable.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, or guest services environment is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and administrative duties is advantageous.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and procedures will be beneficial for success in this role.
