About the Role
Clean Spring Flowers is expanding its luxury accommodation team! We are seeking detail-conscious Housekeepers and Turnaround Assistants in the Swindon area to manage luxury holiday lets and short-stay Airbnb properties exclusively.
Forget traditional domestic cleaning. This role is 100% focused on transforming short-stay properties between guests. If you take pride in hotel-grade presentation and like working independently within a supportive company, we would love to hear from you.
Benefits & Pay Options
Choose the working arrangement that works best for you:
- Self-Employed: £15.00 per hour (Paid weekly | Maximum flexibility and higher rate)
- Employed: £13.10 per hour (Paid monthly | Statutory holiday pay, pension, and job security)
- Expense Support: Weekly reimbursement for mileage and work-related travel expenses.
- Predictable Hours: Shifts are usually 4–6 hours per day, managing 1 or 2 high-end properties.
- Community: Regular monthly coffee mornings to connect with the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complete changeovers for short-term rental and Airbnb properties.
- Strip and remake beds with fresh linen to pristine hotel standards.
- Thoroughly sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and stage properties for guest arrivals.
- Inspect properties between stays to ensure top-tier guest experiences.
Requirements
- Driving: Full UK Driving Licence and access to a personal vehicle.
- Right to Work: Must have legal authorization to work in the UK.
- DBS: Must be willing to complete a basic background check.
- Mindset: Reliable, punctual, with a strong eye for clean lines and guest presentation.
- Experience: Prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or domestic cleaning is preferred, but complete training is provided.
Schedule:
Monday to Sunday options available (Shifts generally run between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM)
