We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our organisation. Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to all departments, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Manage daily operations, including sales, merchandising, and customer service activities.
- Supervise and motivate team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional development.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training programmes, and performance evaluations to maintain high standards of service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain excellent communication with staff, clients, and stakeholders through effective phone etiquette and organisational skills.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and inventory control with efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams within retail or similar environments.
- Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide staff towards achieving organisational objectives.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
- Experience in sales management, merchandising, and administrative functions.
- Exceptional time management skills coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in retail management or related fields is preferred.
- Outstanding phone etiquette and organisational abilities essential for liaising with clients and team members alike.

Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
