Mytton Fold is an independently owned hotel boasting a great location, 36 bedrooms, 2 bar areas, 4 function rooms plus a restaurant. Having undergone a major refurbishment program, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, Chef De Partie to join our team and deliver excellent customer service to our guests and visitors.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team, you must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Who we are looking for;
· An experienced and passionate chef that is looking for a new challenge.
· We are looking for a passionate chefs who are creative, used to working in a fast-paced environment and consider themselves to be a real foodie!
· Minimum 2 year experience in a fresh food environment.
· Basic food Hygiene certificate
· Someone who is looking to go extra mile
As a Chef you will be responsible for:
· Running daily kitchen operations with the rest of the team.
· Good level of personal hygiene and food safety standards
· Passionate about delivering high quality food and maintaining high standards.
· Maintain food quality standards and your section.
· Work together with the rest of the team to deliver great food service and maintain the standards in the kitchen.
· You’re a positive ambassador, hungry for a challenge and keen to make a real difference.
· Flexibility to react to business demands.
· A strong all-rounder with excellent interpersonal skills
· Great leadership and motivational skills to engage and develop teams
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £31,000.00 per year
