Responsibilities
- Greet visitors promptly and courteously, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, directing enquiries appropriately.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar organisation efficiently.
- Maintain organised records and filing systems both physically and digitally.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
- Support team members with clerical tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies to maintain smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Proven office experience or administrative background.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and EMIS is advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Competent typing skills for efficient data entry and correspondence.
- Previous clerical experience is desirable but not essential; a willingness to learn is important.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
