We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Driver to join our healthcare team as an Health Care Assistant (HCA). In this vital role, you will provide safe and reliable care, Prompt/administer medication, provide person centred care, converse well with our Service Users (because you maybe the only person they see all day).
You must have your own car.
Combined with your caring attitude, will ensure clients feel comfortable and supported throughout their care. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the well-being of our community while working in a dynamic and supportive environment with an excellent team behind you.
Responsibilities
- Follow care plans and any updates that will be uploaded possibly on a daily basis.
- Communicate effectively with clients, care staff, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain cleanliness and food prep where needed in the clients home.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and needs, using IT systems or logs.
- To always keep coordinators updated of any changes.
- Adhere strictly health & safety regulations, and company policies during all calls.
Experience
- Proven driving experience with a valid driver’s license.
- Prior experience working in the community or home care environment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of care plans and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Familiarity with basic IT systems for record keeping and communication purposes
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients
- Strong understanding of health & safety protocols related to client handling
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions

Pay: £13.40-£14.50 per hour
