We’re looking for an experienced and talented Sous Chef to join this reputable Gastropub in Maidenhead. This Gastro Pub prides themselves on using fresh, seasonal, and sustainable produce and changes their menus seasonally. Using Award winning suppliers, as Sous Chef you will be expected to support the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen and able to speak to suppliers regarding produce to create some incredible daily specials for the guests to enjoy.
The right Sous Chef will be comfortable working at volume, enjoy training & developing junior Chefs, and have good financial knowledge on running the kitchen.
