Key Responsibilities
- Assisting experienced technicians with boat maintenance, hull repairs, and refinishing.
- Learning fiberglass, gelcoat repair, sanding, painting, and basic mechanical/deck fittings work.
- Prepping boats for maintenance and maintaining a safe, clean working environment.
- Safely handling tools, materials, and workshop equipment under guidance.

- Practical mindset and comfortable working with manual tools.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work outdoors and around water in physical environments.
- Team player with good communication skills and a willingness to take feedback.
