A school in the Ellesmere Port area are looking for someone to take their afterschool clubs so We are seeking a passionate After School Sports Coach or Teaching Assistant to join our team . This role is vital in fostering a positive environment where children can develop their skills and enjoy engaging activities after school. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging sports activities tailored to children's interests and abilities.
- Support classroom teachers and staff in supervising children during after-school hours.
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy competition among students.
- Assist in monitoring children's behavior and ensuring their safety.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create inclusive activities for all children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive environment that encourages children's development.
- Qualifications
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational or childcare setting.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Knowledge of special education needs or experience working with children with disabilities or autism is advantageous.
- Enthusiasm for sports and physical activities.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliable, patient, and nurturing attitude.
- Previous tutoring or mentoring experience is a plus.

Pay: £12.21-£14.32 per hour
