This is more than a reporting role. It's an opportunity to become a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shape pricing strategy, improve profitability and help steer the future direction of a key business unit.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be at the heart of commercial decision-making, providing robust financial insight, strategic challenge and actionable recommendations that drive performance. Key responsibilities include:

Leading pricing and customer profitability analysis, supporting commercial tenders and ensuring profitable growth.

Owning budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering accurate financial plans and clear variance analysis.

Producing insightful reporting and developing automated KPI dashboards that enable better, faster decision-making.

Identifying risks, opportunities and performance trends across sites and workstreams to maximise margin and profitability.

Building influential relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing support, challenge and commercial guidance.

Leading and developing a small team while acting as deputy to the MVS Finance Director when required.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a commercially astute finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment and can confidently influence stakeholders at all levels.
You'll bring:

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.

Significant experience in Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance roles.

Strong analytical and financial modelling capability.

The ability to translate complex financial data into compelling business recommendations.

Experience influencing senior stakeholders and challenging constructively to improve outcomes.

Strong Excel skills and experience using ERP and reporting tools, with Power BI experience advantageous.
