We're looking for someone with hands-on manufacturing or production experience and a genuine passion for practical, hands-on work. Experience in electro-mechanical assembly is a bonus, as is exposure to processes such as thermoforming, laser welding, heat sealing or ultrasonic welding — but don't worry if these are new to you, we'll train you. As our Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician, you'll be hands-on from day one, assembling, testing and improving products and helping us turn innovative designs into high-quality finished products.
Things you will get to do:
- Assemble complex electro-mechanical systems, integrating motors, sensors, printed circuit boards, and mechanical structures.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate, efficient builds.
- Conduct functional tests to confirm proper operation and adherence to quality standards.
- Perform quality inspections at all stages — including verification of plastic welded joints — to identify and address defects or deviations in line with specifications and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to assembly and plastic welding to maintain efficiency.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
- Document assembly processes, deviations, and adjustments, and produce reports on production efficiency, quality metrics, and improvement opportunities.

The work requires you to have an ONC /HNC or HND or equivalent work experience in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline and ideally you will have experience in a similar electromechanical manufacturing environment OR experience working in a similar regulated manufacturing environment.
