Job Overview
We’re recruiting a Mobile Response Security Officer to operate across Wiltshire. You’ll carry out patrols, respond to alarm activations, monitor CCTV where required, and provide a calm, professional presence at sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Mobile patrols and routine site checks across multiple locations
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, following procedures
- Monitor CCTV (where applicable) and report concerns appropriately
- Complete incident reports and site logs accurately
- Deliver a professional customer-facing service to clients, visitors, and the public
- Work safely and represent TrustOn Security to a high standard at all times
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Valid SIA Licence
- Full UK Driving Licence - manual
- Able to be added to our fleet insurance
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach
- Calm under pressure, with good attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- Experience in security, mobile response, law enforcement, or the military

- Additional Weekend day Shifts Available (Sporadic)
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern
