Location: Remote (with occasional onsite client visits across West Sussex & Hampshire)
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: From £35,000 per annum

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis. You’ll be working remotely, managing a varied portfolio of clients and providing hands-on HR support across a range of people challenges.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing day-to-day HR advice and support to a portfolio of SME clients
- Visiting clients on site in and around West Sussex to provide face to face support
- Building and implementing HR processes and documentation from the ground up
- Working collaboratively with the wider Clear People team
What We’re Looking For
- Solid HR Advisor experience, ideally within a consultancy or multi-client environment
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload remotely
- A genuine enthusiasm for tech — we use digital tools to work smarter and expect you to do the same
- At ease in fast-moving, start-up environments — you’ll bring calm and structure where there isn’t any yet
- Strong communication skills and a practical, people-first approach
- CIPD qualified (or working towards it) preferred
- Own transport needed

Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
