Are you an experienced Refrigeration Engineer looking for a company where you’re genuinely valued?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and highly reputable business that has been operating for over 15 years, specialising in commercial catering and refrigeration.
With an exceptionally low staff turnover, many of the team have been with the business since day one. They understand that their engineers are at the heart of the company, which is why they invest heavily in their people — including their own training academy, designed to keep engineers up to date with the latest technology, equipment and industry standards.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join the team covering London and the Home Counties.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the service, maintenance and repair of a wide range of commercial refrigeration equipment, including:
- Upright & under-counter fridges and freezers
- Display refrigeration
- Cold rooms
- Ice machines
- Cellar cooling systems
- Bottle coolers
- Other commercial refrigeration equipment
You’ll work across a varied customer base, including restaurants, pubs, hotels, schools, colleges and hospitals, meaning no two days are likely to be the same.
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer who is confident working on commercial refrigeration equipment and enjoys providing a high-quality service to customers.
You should have:
- Previous experience working with commercial refrigeration equipment
- Relevant refrigeration qualifications such as NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent
- F-Gas certification
- A full UK driving licence
- A professional approach and good customer service skills
Why Join?
This isn’t just another engineering role.
You’ll be joining a business with a proven track record, an established customer base and genuinely low staff turnover, while having access to ongoing technical training through their dedicated academy.
