At Vape.co.uk we are a small but growing team with a mission. We are looking for a Part time customer service advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers. No experience is necessary but we are looking for people who can turn their hand to anything and get stuck in.
We're a young and fun team, looking for somebody to bring energy to the role, getting involved in improving our process and service to our customers.
The main responsibilities and duties include;
Answering our livechat queries
Responding to customers via email
Liaising with couriers for missing parcels
Processing customer returns

We need somebody who is highly organised with great attention to detail. You need to be empathetic and service driven. High organisation skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure in busy periods
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Reasonable IT skills (use of an e-commerce platform and courier dashboard)

The position is salaried and part time including pension.

Hours - IMPORTANT
Due to the e-commerce nature of our business, we operate 7 days per week and the successful candidate will be expected to work shifts on rotation including late shifts (11-8pm), Early shifts (8am-5pm) & weekend shifts (08:00 – 16:30) with a minimum of 2 weekends shifts (Saturday and Sunday) per month.
Shifts will be allocated 1 month in advance based on the needs of the company.
Overtime is also available.
Pay: £16,926.00-£19,827.60 per year
