The Opportunity
Self‑employed associate roles for established practitioners who want to:
- Build or expand a private caseload without the overhead of running their own practice
- Work within a structured, multidisciplinary environment with strong referral pathways

Essential Criteria (Both Roles)
- Minimum 3 years’ post‑qualification clinical experience
- Confident managing private patients autonomously in a professional setting
- Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance
MSK Physiotherapist Requirements
- HCPC registered
- Substantial experience assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions
- Strong manual therapy and exercise‑prescription skills
- Able to design and deliver structured, outcome‑focused rehabilitation plans
Sports Massage / Soft Tissue Therapist Requirements
- Level 5 Advanced Soft Tissue Therapy (or equivalent) + Level 4/5 Sports Massage qualification
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal function
- Experienced in conducting consultations, identifying contraindications, and making appropriate referrals
- Confident delivering: advanced soft tissue therapy, sports massage, deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, trigger‑point therapy, soft‑tissue release, and assisted stretching/mobility work
Desirable extras (with appropriate qualifications/insurance): pregnancy massage, reflexology, Reiki.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and relevant physical assessments
- Understand each patient’s symptoms, goals, and expectations
- Create and implement personalised, outcome‑driven treatment or rehab plans
- Deliver safe, effective, hands‑on treatment within your scope of practice
- Prescribe appropriate rehabilitation, mobility, or exercise programmes
- Monitor progress and adapt plans as needed
- Educate patients on recovery, movement, posture, and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records
- Support patient retention and appropriate follow‑up care
- Collaborate with chiropractors, physiotherapists, and other practitioners in the clinic
- Uphold high standards of presentation, professionalism, and patient experience
