Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Nails Technician to join our beauty team. The successful candidate will provide professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art.
- Provide personalised consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable services.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of all tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in nail artistry and beauty treatments.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and optimise client flow.
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere by demonstrating excellent customer service skills throughout each appointment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nails Technician or similar role within a beauty salon or spa environment.
- Knowledge of makeup application is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain treatments and recommendations to clients.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required.
