Practice Manager – Dual Site (Croftfoot & Battlefield, Glasgow)

We are an established private dental group in Glasgow, operating across two thriving locations – Croftfoot Practice and Battlefield Practice. With a strong reputation for clinical excellence, we provide everything from routine dentistry to advanced treatments including implants, All-on-4, Invisalign, smile makeovers, and facial aesthetics.
Due to an internal change of location between our two sites, we are now looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead operations across both practices, supporting our teams to deliver outstanding patient care while driving continued growth and performance.
Your Role
- Lead, support, and motivate teams across both Croftfoot & Battlefield practices to deliver the highest standards of care.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of both sites, maintaining compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
- Oversee and streamline the patient journey across both locations to maximise performance in line with business goals.
- Champion a positive, professional, and patient-focused culture at both practices.
- Work closely with clinical and operational leaders to support growth and continuous improvement.

- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-driven.
- A natural people person with proven leadership and management experience.
- Resilient and adaptable, able to manage the fast-paced demands of two busy dental practices.
- Experienced in delivering exceptional customer care, ideally within dental or healthcare settings.
- A strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and IT skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple sites and adapting to varying team dynamics.
