Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service station
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experiences and increase sales opportunities
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure hygiene standards are upheld at all times
- Manage guest inquiries professionally, providing exceptional guest services to foster loyalty and satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is a must
- Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety regulations, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor
