Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills to process payments efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Uphold high standards of customer service while managing time effectively during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is a must, demonstrating strong hospitality skills.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time
