Skinportant Clinic is a professional skincare clinic based in Southsea, and we're offering an exciting concession opportunity for a self-employed skincare therapist to work from our premises on a revenue-share basis.

The arrangement: This is a genuine self-employed concession. You pay Skinportant a percentage of your revenue in exchange for full use of the Facilities. If you have a quiet week, you pay nothing. No fixed rent. No salary. No hidden fees.
You will need:
- Recognised qualifications in beauty therapy or skincare (NVQ Level 3 minimum or equivalent)
- Valid professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- HMRC self-employed registration
- A genuine passion for skincare results and client care
This is ideal for a therapist who:
- Has an existing client base or the drive to build one
- Wants a professional, premium environment to work from
- Is ready to take ownership of their business without the cost of a standalone salon
