Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within private residences and commercial properties. Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitise all designated areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms
- Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and polish furniture to a high standard
- Ensure all rubbish is collected and disposed of appropriately
- Restock supplies such as toiletries or cleaning products as needed
- Maintain organisation of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Occasionally assist with specialised cleaning tasks such as oven cleaning or window washing
Experience
- Previous experience in domestic cleaning, janitorial services, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues
