We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager who can take ownership of a portfolio of strategic clients while driving long-term growth and customer satisfaction. This is a leadership-focused position where you will serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, identify opportunities for expansion, and ensure exceptional service delivery across all accounts.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across assigned accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions and business reviews.
Revenue Growth
Identify opportunities to increase account value through additional services, renewals, and long-term partnership agreements.
Account Strategy
Create and execute account plans that align client objectives with company capabilities and growth targets.
Cross Functional Coordination
Work closely with internal departments to ensure client requirements are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.
Performance Reviews
Conduct regular business reviews with clients, analyze account performance metrics, and recommend improvements where necessary.
Risk Management
Monitor account health, proactively address potential issues, and develop retention strategies to maintain long-term client satisfaction.
Leadership Support
Provide guidance and mentorship to Account Managers and Client Success team members while contributing to departmental best practices.
What We Are Looking ForExperience
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Business Development, or a related commercial role, including at least 2 years in a senior-level position.
Commercial Acumen
Demonstrated success managing complex client portfolios and achieving revenue growth objectives.
Communication Skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives and stakeholders.
Relationship Building
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management capabilities.
Technology
Proficiency with CRM platforms, business reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
Mindset
Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day client management responsibilities.
Pay: £3,800.00-£5,200.00 per month
