We are looking for a practical, customer-focused engineer who is interested in agriculture and training to become a specialist Dairy Technician.
Location:
Mobile at farms across the local regions and time at the workshop in Attleborough.
Engineers who live across Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire are welcome to apply.
Hours:
- Monday - Friday 39 hours per week
- Additional overtime in the week
- Applicants must be available to work an on-call rota 1 week in 3
As a company we provide dairy farms with advanced milking technologies, including robotic milking systems, parlours, cooling and related dairy equipment.
No previous dairy engineering experience is required.
We are keen to hear from engineers with transferable skills in mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics or refrigeration who want to move into a highly specialised and modern area of agriculture. Full product and specialist training will be provided.

Duties:
Following an extensive training period, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, repair and breakdown response of automated milking equipment and milking plant at dairy farms across the East of England.
This is a field-based role offering variety, autonomy and the opportunity to work with market-leading dairy technology.
Requirements
- An interest in farming, agriculture and / or the dairy sector.
- An engineering background with skills in mechanical and ideally hydraulic systems.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently, stay organised and manage changing priorities.
- IT literate and able to upload & download information and complete service records accurately.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own basic hand tools; specialist tools will be provided.
- Willingness to join an out-of-hours rota of 1 week in every 3 once trained.
