Ascot House, Scunthorpe
We're looking for an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join the team at Ascot House, an award-winning residential home in Scunthorpe.
As a senior member of the team, you'll help lead the staff on shift and keep up the standard of care the home is known for. The role includes leading shifts, administering medication, and treating every resident as an individual.
Shifts
We have openings for both day shifts (30 hours a week) and night shifts (27-36 hours a week).

What we're looking for:
- At least 2 years' experience as a carer in a similar residential or dementia care setting.
- Confidence leading a team and administering medication.
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to providing high-quality care.

The role involves being on your feet and moving around the home throughout the shift, including supporting residents with mobility where needed.
As with all roles, any offer is subject to two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.
