Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Carpenter to join our team covering Beds, Bucks, Herts and the London areas.

The Role
You will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and plasterboard including MF studwork across, commercial, residential and industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan layouts
- Take accurate measurements and prepare sites for carpentry work
- Construct, install, and repair doors, window frames, kitchen cabinets, hardwood flooring, siding, and mouldings.
- Create temporary wooden structures such as shuttering and supports
- Carry out maintenance and repair work, replacing damaged or defective timber structures and fixtures
- Install fittings and fixtures including handles, locks, and hinges
- Select, operate, and maintain hand and power tools safely (e.g. saws, drills, sanders)
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to building regulations and health & safety requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other trades as required
Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and basic mathematics
- Proven ability to measure, cut, and install with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Physically fit, with the ability to lift heavy materials, work at height, and stand for extended periods
- Positive, safety-first attitude
- Full UK driving licence required
