Overview
We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Front of House team members to join our bar and floor teams.
This is a flexible role where you’ll work across both bar and floor service. While you may lean more towards bartending or waiting, all team members are expected to confidently support both areas to a high standard.
You’ll play a key part in delivering warm, attentive and professional service in a high-volume environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Bar Duties
· Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards
· Maintaining strong knowledge of our drinks menu, specials and seasonal offerings
· Ensuring drinks are served correctly, in appropriate glassware
· Managing bar cleanliness, organisation and stock rotation
· Processing payments accurately and handling cash responsibly
· Supporting stock control and restocking throughout service
· Following licensing laws and Challenge 25 procedures at all times
Floor Duties
· Greeting guests warmly and guiding them to tables
· Presenting menus and confidently making recommendations
· Taking accurate food and drink orders using EPOS
· Serving food and beverages efficiently, following required steps of service
· Checking guest satisfaction and resolving queries professionally
· Clearing and resetting tables promptly
· Assisting with set-up and breakdown for busy services or events
General Responsibilities
· Maintaining excellent personal presentation and hygiene
· Working collaboratively with kitchen and FOH teams
· Following health & safety, fire safety and food hygiene procedures
· Adhering to company systems and procedures (e.g. Deputy, Blinq)
· Supporting cleaning rotas and maintaining high venue standards
· Ensuring compliance with all licensing conditions and Challenge 25
· Contributing positively to team culture and guest experience

Pay: £13.00-£13.70 per hour
