Support Workers
Location: Rotherham, S61
Pay: £12.71ph to £12.90ph
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Bank (Day & Night shifts available)
About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team at Beech Cliffe Grange in Rotherham. Our service supports 11 adults aged between 30 and 65 (3 females and 8 males) with a range of needs including physical disabilities, learning disabilities, autism, communication needs, visual impairments, and mobility support.
This is a rewarding role where you will have the opportunity to truly empower individuals and make a meaningful difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support, including prompting and full care
- Support individuals with personal care, moving & handling, and medication administration
- Assist with appointments and community access
- Encourage participation in internal and external activities
- Support with finances, promoting independence wherever possible
- Help develop and teach daily living skills
- Safely manage behaviours of concern, including physical intervention (NAPPI training provided)

What We’re Looking For

- Someone who can empower individuals and promote independence
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow care plans
- Willingness to support with personal care and complex needs
- Experience is beneficial but not essential – full training provided
- Full UK Driving license would be desirable
